Leadership Coaching

This coaching is all about your goals, your growth, and your leadership. I offer a personalized approach that includes honest, thought-provoking questions designed to help you gain new insights, uncover fresh possibilities, and commit to clear action steps.

Together, we’ll focus on the development goals that matter most to you, while also considering input from those around you. The work will be both reflective and action-oriented to help you expand your impact.

A 6-month commitment includes:

  • A 90-minute discovery session to set goals

  • 12 bi-weekly coaching sessions via Zoom

  • Select assessments and worksheets

  • Email and text support between sessions

Common additions include:

  • Stakeholder interviews.

  • Shadowing or observation.

  • Leadership artifact review.

  • Implementation support.

  • Stakeholder communication mapping and communication planning.

In-person coaching can be considered in the Austin, TX metro area.
